        Personality:  Around people, Prinella is pretty much a stubborn person with quite a short fuse. She can be quite argumentative and moody over the simplest of things and usually says whatever she thinks. But she doesn't want to come across as someone nasty and so will go about her own particular way to try and show an act of kindness.
You could also say she has a weakness against anything she finds cute and ends up making it easily obvious about it, despite the fact that if anyone caught onto it, she would refuse to admit it to no ends and would usually act irrational or raise her voice.

        History:  Prinella was raised in a Port town where everyone made a living out of the market stalls that covered the streets, selling everything from fish to jewellery making the place pretty loud and always full of customers. She was a lone child raised up by her mother; a Lanturn who is a pretty stern and pushy woman at times, who believed that education was important and her father, a Lumineon who just loves to embarrass his daughter with cute clothes and gifts all the time. 

Being the sole child, her parents spent a lot of their time raising her up mainly wanting to give her the best they could give, especially her mother. Who pushed her into studying a lot to get the best grades possible in order to have a future at all or she would get no-where in life and that woman need to look strong and full of confidence in order to be successful in life since that’s how she got to where she is now. This would cause the two to argue a lot since Prinella didn't want to feel like she was forced into a life that they decided for her and wanted to choose what she wanted to do herself, but her mother would just push and push her ideals onto her. Her father understood the reasons why she was pushing their daughter, of course he wanted her to have as many options as possible for her future but did think from time to time that it was too much, but he would never go against his wife and so never got involved with the conflicts. 

With that said, as soon as Prinella finished school, she felt that she was now old enough to choose what /she/ wanted to do and not feel suffocated by her family. But nothing changed. Having nearly had enough of it, Prinella went out for a walk through the streets where the market was as busy as ever. Through all the gossiping that could be heard, a conversation between to merchants caught her attention. Despite not really wanting to talk to strangers, she pushed herself to ask more about what they were talking about. She was told by the 2 that there was a place across the sea where you could buy land, raise Pokémon and much more. Interested by the thought, she continued talking with the two merchants since this could be her big chance to choose what she wanted to do and at the same time not feel suffocated by her mother being on her case all the time. 

After having got more information, she made her mind up and went home to tell her parents that she wanted to move to this place mentioned by the merchants. Her mother full blank refused sticking to her beliefs and thought that farm life wasn’t a good path to choose, annoyed at this, Prinella argued about it which in turn caused another huge conflict between the two. After a while and with nothing else more to say, Prinella decided to stick with what she wanted to do this time and packed her things before her father had a chance to say anything, but he knew that that was what she had decided. And with that, she said goodbye before boarding the boat and set off for a new life….on her own…well at least she won’t be nagged by her mother.

At being stubborn

        Moveset:
Bubble- Usually just blows bubbles in a huff or when playing with the Duckletts.
Spark- A move mainly used to jump-start small electrical appliances, though if she gets annoyed, her antennae tends to spark. 
Electro ball- Only used to help light up the water to see what's further ahead in the ocean. After all you have to be careful of what my linger ahead in the dark waters.
Whirlpool/learnt from her father- This is literally used to play around with the water since she only uses it on a much smaller scale. Unless there is a reason to use it at full power, though it's probably highly unlikely.
