The self proclaimed owner of the residence, this bird has lived here for a very long time and was quite content with the half abandonded place... up until a certain pup disturbed his peaceful days. Though he won't admit it, he's glad to finally have someone else to talk to, even if he's ignored a lot from the very distracted Canine, making him look like he talks to himself a lot.he never talks to himself, that's utterly ridiculous and unadult like......*cough* Polko's imagination often exaggerates others antics, causing him unessecary worry that things are going to end up a disaster if he doesn't step in in some way.
*Notes: His feathers are peachy-yellow like a Canary and a pudgy-like puffed up body similar to a budgie, only slightly longer to accomodate the size of the wings. His Owl wings make his flying silent, making it hard to hear him when approaching. The back of his wings are the same colour as the spots on the underwing.
